  I am quite disappointed with the service experience I had today. I was genuinely interested in supporting your business and potentially making purchases if your pricing was competitive. However, it's regrettable that my interaction with the individual handling your WhatsApp platform was unpleasant and not conducive to fostering a positive business relationship.
  
  I had even been willing to offer suggestions on how you could improve your pricing strategy in comparison to your competitors. Unfortunately, the person I was communicating with came across as unprofessional. My recommendation would be to consider hiring individuals who possess a strong understanding of marketing principles in order to enhance your overall client experience.
  
  Regrettably, I have decided to discontinue my use of your service.
