A parcel of mine appears to have landed up at the Table View branch, despite me living about 10km away (must be 10 post offices closer). So I have been calling now consistently for 3 days to confirm if the package is indeed there, to avoid a 20km return trip for nothing and no-one bothers answering the phone, EVER! Pathetic service!

I've recently relocated to Parklands from Plumtead so I had no idea of the location of the local post office. Well, through the internet that problem was solved. The service I received on the day was excellent.
Of the many years that I have used the services of the Post Office the attention given to me by their various branches has always been of a high level. Thank you Post Office.

Utterly incompetent - typical of the South African Post Office though if i could give a ZERO-Star rating, i would! I recommend paying extra for a courier service to handle your packages rather than wait more than 6 months for the South African Post Office to deliver

It is very frustrating that you have to phone the branch to find out their business hours.
So if you are someone like me and would like to plan out the next day in advance you can't . (Thanks post office, Thanks
