I would NOT recommend this company for the following reasons:
1. They were fixing a small existing leak, which apparently caused another (weaker) section to break, flooding our flat. We had to pay for both repairs.
2. While working on that, they accidentally hit one of the main pipes flooding our unit AGAIN, which damaged our laminate flooring which had to be removed. They did not reimburse us for any of the damage.
3. They charged us to do leak detection on the same site when the problem persisted, and gave us the wrong information and billed us for yet another repair - lucky we got a second plumber in who correctly identified the problem and fixed it.
They also left pipes exposed - usually companies will send someone to fix what they broke but this company just left it.
4. They were here on various occasions and were unable to detect where the leaks were coming from, making a variety of excuses.response / report this review -

The plumber who came was good however the company experience was bad. There was no one who came at the scheduled time and I had to call the call centre. If I had not insisted on wanting a plumber to come ASAP they wanted to come the following day that meant 3 days of water running. The first day 2 plumbers came just looked at the issue and said they would come tmrw but to my surprise one plumber came and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 min.

Exceptional service received from Felix and his team on 3 occasions, i was impressed on all levels and will certainly make use of their services again. Highly recommended!!

The contractor was not able to perform the leak detection - he needs more modern and advanced leak detection equipment. We unfortunately could not meet all his demands with the limited equipment he had available. The contractor needs guidance and training on how to liaise with clients. It seems he is not aware of the way he comes across - maybe a little bit of guidance in his communication style and modern equipment will enable him to be a good contractor to your company. I hope this input will be of help.

I highly recommend Leakfind for the following reasons:
🛠 In less than 1/2 hour after reporting the fault through to my insurance company, Annette from Leakfind contacted me to confirm the appointment for the technician to conduct the leak detection assessment.
🛠 The technician Nico and team arrived promptly and was very professional and openly shared their findings and clearly identified where the leak was coming from and marked the area for the plumber who would be appointed to conduct the repairs.
🛠 Thereafter in less than 1/2 hour Megan from Leakfind contacted me to confirm the appointment for the plumber.
🛠 The plumber KC and team arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected and in no time got started with the repairs.
🛠 The repair timeline was estimated for over an hour and a 1/2 and they were done in about 30 minutes.
My experience is over the roof for the amazing team from Leakfind and I cannot hold back on my excitement and the great customer experience.
I can't wait to meet the building contracting team who is meant to finish off and complete the process as far as cementing the section of the exterior wall and paving which KC and team had to drill through to get to the leak!!
The entire process from the start is seamless and very professional 🤝
