The place is prepared well for kids to play. I would say that they need to pay attention to the pasta dishes as they lack a little love. I have to say otherwise there are amazing smells of flavors that come out of the kitchen.

Time to 'fess up: we visited at the worst time (approx. 09:30) on a random Tuesday morning (remember Monday's ugly sister?), yet received a hearty welcome and lovely, warm, fresh-from-the-oven Portuguese rolls and some locally made chili sauce even I was too scared to try (and I'm kind of adventurous in that respect). We made a quick stop at the venue on our way to Ballito, so I can't say this for a fact, but if I were younger and part of a lively crowd, I can only imagine having tons of fun a little later in the day. Just don't get careless as the restaurant is really quite close to the water.

We went as a family for milkshakes. The milkshakes were delicious and come in a variety of flavours including chocolate, strawberry and lime.
I had the lime milkshake and it is recommended. They also have a nice play area for small children, one of only two restaurants that offer this facility which makes it child friendly for parents wishing to dine out while their children are entertained.

The place is wonderful, food is delicious and great service. Fantastic play area for the kids. The only reason I won't give them 5 stars, is because of all the hawkers walking through while you're eating. They're always in the way.
