Where do i begin. This is a lovely and beautiful Hotel. The staff is so friendly and are very considerate. They checked up on us as we traveled to the our destination. At check in they were very much assisting. This place is defiantly my go to place when im in Durban. Home away from Home. This will be 5 stars in the next year or two , that i can confidently predict. Good work and service Regal Inn Keep it up

my husband and i stayed there for 4 nights and it was the best . The service we had received far exceeded our expectations .the staff is friendly and helpful and very accommodating making sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. the rooms and the bath was exceptionally clean. i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. we will definitely be returning. thank you to the wonderful staff :)

House keeping excellent and room was smelling of cigaratte the minute i switched off my airconditioner and a lot of noise even in the early hours. Noises around my room and people walking on the passagea at night. There should be more security control.
