It holds most but not everything. Store is untidy, dirty. Not well structured, not appealing or inviting. Management need training in order to lead staff on efficiencies productivity and customer service. This is one of the many bad stores. Store also has a bad odour. Fridges do not work well. SA fails when it comes to retailing etiquette

THE MOST FRUSTRATING STORE to stop at. The music is SO loud that you cannot concentrate on your shopping and you get an instant headache. The shop assistants dance to the music instead of helping the customers. The person doing the announcements for the "specials" does not stop announcing for a minute and SO loud. The security at the entrance talk loud to each other and don't concentrate on checking your items. The people packing the shelves shout from one end of the shop to the other end.

I have complained to every manager and nothing gets done. Nobody cares. The absolute worst Makro to shop at.

Just love my Pick n Pay.
Friendly staff all over, fruit and veg is fresh and can find whatever I need.
Not really impressed with the butchery (something about it feels just not right) and the service at the bakery also not great at times
Otherwise I do love shopping here

Was there for the 7 July 2017 TV special. Service was good but was pretty bummed that you actually can't get a TV License there and was referred to some other store where I was told that they wouldn't be able to help me also. But at the end of the day I was sorted and manage to get the TV.

Not a happy customer with the staff at the tellers No 24 very bad service. Please Pick n Pay up your gain with service to your customers. Your staff stand around chatting where they can be very useful. Not the best at all.

This is the best Pick n Pay I have ever visited. I have been shopping here for the last 4 years and never had I had any issues. The staff is nice and the store is always clean.

I remember now why I avoid this store. It is always such a slow experience! There are always only a few tills open and one always has to wait, even during the week, when it is quiet! Here I am in the queue, on a busy Sunday waiting again Only a few tills operating

This is a great place to shop for all day to day groceries. They also offer items on sale every weekend which gives you opportunity to buy stuff very cheap.
