I was desperately in need of artemisia herbal malaria prevention to travel to another part of Africa. After searching Sandton and Randburg I found what I was looking for at Waleda Pineslopes. It is very modern and well stocked with a good range of natural products including homeopathy. I also found some very good lotions from the wide range stocked. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and this will be my first point of call when I am in Gauteng region.

Worst customer service ever from one of the pharmacists. Very rude and judgemental with no professional etiquette or respect for privacy - almost borderline offensive. Judgemental attitude when requesting assistance. Couldn't wait to leave. The two ladies at the front at the tills were very kind, courteous and friendly. They saved an otherwise awful experience.
