  If you are a male that wears 32 and up you will have a large choice of pants, anything below that is slim pickings. Great value though.

  They offer a sort International brands but I'd say they are specialized in Polo brand. Their prices variates a lot and if you are lucky to visit the store during sales season you might find out good opportunities. Otherwise, their prices are OK.
  
  For Brazilian folks definitely this is a good deal (cannot compare to Miami though).
  
  I recommend.
