  Shopping at Pick n Pay Victoria Road is always an absolute pleasure.The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

  Its overstaffed all employee's standing up against the wall next to the atm and tea machine.very unfriendly and useless
  Today I was in line waiting to pay star satelite tv with much failed attemps
  the teller asked me to give her my card as she said it kept declining due to an error of the machine I suggested we should try again. A black woman behind me made a comment to the teller in zulu and said "she thinks you going to steal her card must be a hot one" much to the amusement of the teller and other tellers
  Because I can understand zuluI told her to mind her own busininess and told her that I can understand her.
  She started verbally attacking me then threatened me in front of all the customers that we can take it outside. Meaning she wanted to fight me. The security heard this and did absolutely nothing about it unfazed and in
  their normal position standing and holding up the wall.
  In essence may I ask
  What is that they do there?
  
  I moved from there to another teller where the transaction took place without any problems .
  It was difficult to find the manager which seemed sypathetic and apologized promised me he would follow this up contact me with the outcome. I am yet to see
  You should revamp this store it is too full and untidy with staff just lazing around up and against that wall the tellers shout to one another and have long discussions with customers.
  Today I had to see you can be threatened and nothing is done about.
  
  Soon I will post a photo of the staff lazing around and against that wall of which mainly whites are discussed oblivious to the fact that most whites can understand zulu !!
  
  Today was just another oneof those days !!!
  Please explain to your employees they are not allowed to touch our bank cards. If the client hands it over and takes this risk up to them
  This is why systems have been put into place so we donot have our cards cloned.
  They know no better than ouselves to swipe our own cards.

  never contacted me iro the incident.
  Just comes to show what type of standard iro clients is entertained here.

  Specifically when for 2 items advertised in the press for 29 March 2018. FRESH CHICKEN THIGHS AND DRUMS AND ARIEL 1.5 L LIQUID. BOTH WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
