  We had a fantastic stay which was filled with continuous hospitality and fantastic food. I'd definitely come back just for that awesome breakfast. The rooms are superb and very thoughtful, the beds and pillows are very comfortable . However I do recommend that you check to see if there is a wedding going on during your stay as you'd expect some noise disturbances.

  We attended a wedding at Calderwood. My complaint concerns the accommodation we were allocated. The room looked nothing like the picture on the website. On Sunday there was no hot water and the response I received from management was "because we are in the mountains the water does take a while to heat up " We resorted to boiling water in a small kettle so that we could at least have a wash in the hand basin. Not fun at all.

  Amazing Wedding Venue
  
  Wade and team were out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail is a real treat. The food was delicious and very well presented. The drinks were well priced.
  
  The rooms were clean, comfortable and more than sufficient for our needs.
  
  I would highly recommend Calderwood Hall to anyone looking for a venue.
