  I was shopping in the ladies section of Pick n Pay in Killarney.
  The lady Happy was so helpful went out of her way to find stock
  of what I was looking there was so helpful and enthusiastic.I
  I think she is a great asset to Killarney. It was a pleasure to shop
  there because of her.

  These woman bayadelela to put it in my language. In the morning there is no customer service especially if you are black (black on black service sucks) I am so fed up with this because its not the first time i experience it.
  
  Clearly if I am waiting to pay at 8am (you cant tell me you are tired its 8am) and there was only two people waiting in the line, then the cashier decide to serve the guy before me and she decides to stand up and walk away leaving me standing there for a good 5 mins with an attitude in the face. What nonsense! while the others are catching up on their morning gossip NONSENSE!

  Pick n pay Kilkarney is the best to shop in , even thou my wallet was once got stolen inside the shop by the shoplifters but I’m still recommending it as the best, customer service it is outstanding, you get all what you need.

  Pick and Pay Killarney is one of the smaller stores but has the full grocery selection. It's a great shop to quickly grab what you are looking for. They have improved their queue layout to make the check out faster. Catering for halal and kosher needs its truly convinient.

  If you planning to shop here, don't come during lunch hour & after 5:30pm queues are at the till points are craze busy and a long wait

  I go here every weekend for food/grocery shopping. There's a decent selection of fruits, veggies, meats and other produce. There's also specials from time to time.
  
  Quality is not consistent particularly with Bananas as there are times when a pack wouldn't last more than 2 days - I will take this up the next time it occurs and update this review.
  
  There's long queues mostly between 12:00-13:00.

  A good Pick 'n Pay experience, staff are helpful particularly the ever friendly Joshua and there is a decent selection of produce given the size, location and customer base.

  I do not like the Killarney Mall as a whole, and in my last 10 years experience, nothing has changed. The Pick n Pay at the Killarney Mall is no exception.
  
  I have complained once before about 5 years ago when my routine included shopping there after 5pm, because after 5pm the staff at the service counter - especially the non-Kosher deli - where so unwilling to assist, I suggested that you close the store at 5 if nobody wants to work.
  
  It seems like a common habit these days for your to close the express tills to change cashiers during your busiest time, viz. between 1 and 2. Today I just had enough!! Standing in the queue at the express tills, I saw FIVE staff members clustered around the till at the info counter, and there was ONE express till open!! The floor in the queuing area was GREEN with filth, and one could hardly WALK through the tills because the shopping baskets and trolleys were lying around as if nobody had been tidying them all day!
  
  What a mess! Once again, Pick n Pay Killarney, if your staff don't won't to work between 1 and 2 then SHUT THE DAM STORE.
