Definitely the best pick and pay i went to. Was there today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by their friendliness and how neatly the all the products where packed on the shelves.. 10/10 guy.. Their meat and food where outstanding Well done guys. Will definitely go there again.

I was so excited about the revamp as the shop looks amazing. Unfortunately, the service does not match up to the shop's new up-market feel.

In most shops there is a button or paging system that the cashier uses to alert a supervisor when there is an issue, but not at this PnP. Nope, the cashier has to physically walk around shouting for the supervisor only to find that she is manning another till. Then we wait for this person to finish helping a customer before they can come and void your bananas that were accidentally double scanned. This has happened to me three times in the last week. And not during Saturday morning month end madness, which might be understandable but on quiet week day afternoons when there are only four out of a gazillion till points open.

Twenty minutes later when the supervisor gets to you, you would think that they would apologise, but that would be asking too much. She will most likely blatantly ignore you until you complain and then look at you blank expression of a person who is absolutely hating every second of her job because the shop cannot employ enough cashiers to keep four tills open. How many times does she have to have this conversation in one day anyway?

Poor service.i had to call upon the electrics manager when i was buying my tv set and he was even worse at offering poor serviceimagine he even leaves his place to go greet his friends.they have a long way to go when it comes to real customer care.security guards were so helpful than the employees

They busy working in the shop and, for me, it creates an unpleasant atmosphere. Sure it will be better once they finished. Lots of staff on the floor but they don't seem interested to help.

There are 27 tills. 10 are open. The queues are at least ten trolleys long. We waited for over 20 minutes. One of the jackets I was buying had a hole in the sleeve. This used to be my favourite PnP. Checkers all the way.

Very big pick n pay. Has almost everything.
It gets quite busy on weekends and the queues are very long at the end of the month.

worst service in the whole wide world, they closed the express queue and when you go to the normal standard queue the cashier is just sitting how does this work ? and normally when the express queue is open there is only one cashier .there is no customer service ..nothing id rather go to Checkers

You will be treated like a criminal if you try to go to the cigarette counter, while you have something else in your hand that you also want to buy. After being humiliated and now standing in a slow moving queue, you'll have to repeat your order from the cigarette counter, three times to two different people.

The sticky promotion is a lie, certain product purchases will not qualify for the toys, regardless of how much money you spend.

This was the last, I will be avoiding all Pick ń Pay's like a plague, and recommended everyone to do the same.

This is a huge Pick n Pay. There's a good selection and they have some good one-day-only specials being announced over the intercom. The store is a little run down and feels like it could do with a bit of renovation. Security is not too good and are not very helpful.
