  Staff (at the delli) very rude! Does not listen to minor customer order. Screams at you because she did not listen. Gets mad if you repeat your order and thows your food on the counter (as if you are an animal) then gives you a mean look when you walk away. If there were zero stars it would have been a zero

  Don't always have what I am looking for on the shelves, and since the change from Spar the atmosphere is not the same ( not as pleasant and the staff not as bright and happy as they always were.

  Friendly staff very willing to assist - they even helped me get a Smart Shopper card which I've been reluctant to get. The staff deserve great remuneration because they are amazing even though they work hectic hours. The store was open until late even on New Year's Eve.. the management should consider changing the notification at the door as it shows wrong operating hours!

  Hoped that when PnP took over this store it would be upgraded. Unfortunately it's still the same - just re-branded. Pity, as this is a conveniently placed store, but fresh produce and options are very limited.

  Shelves are not properly stocked. It's as if they have no merchandisers to monitor product availability on the shelves

  The store is convenient and open 7 till 8, good extended hours. The managers are very helpful and the staff are great. I think that the change from Spar to Pick n Pay was good for the owners and patrons alike. The butcher department is particularly good. I think the bakery should try more specialty products in place of boxed products but otherwise a great example of how a community grocery store should be.

  Manager stays in his office when u need assistance, they dont do ranechecks if the item on special is not on the shelf..
