My order unfortunately had a small item missing, which I politely requested they should please send to me. I was absolutely horrified to discover that their response was to edit the listing (I have a screenshot from before this was done) to state that the missing item was not included, and then send me the link as if I had made a mistake. There was about 15 minutes between my request (and the screenshot) and their response, so there is no way that this could possibly be a co-incidence. On principal, I must recommend that you purchase your goods elsewhere, where possible

Great staff with a good selection of robotics spates for enthusiasts. Would recommend them for all your raspberry pi projects. Dont neglect enjoying the area as well. Shop is easy to find and well marked. Enjoy watching the 3D printer in operation on the counter while you wait for your order to be packaged.
