I went to MTN today to find out information about my stolen phone because I need to report it. The staff members with poor attitude if I may add simply said they cannot access it on their system. I went to another MTN branch (meyerton) the staff was very helpful they gave me all the information I needed. Management please sort out your staff at Riverwalk this is not the first time I has such poor service

Terrible! Close at 5h20 instead of the advertised time 5h30. Don't answer their callswaiting for my phone since 23rd November.
