  Always try to help with a smile. Unfortunately the assistance from head office paints a grim picture for them at the Meyerton office.

  Staff are friendly but either they seem under trained or MTN servers are just extremely slow, struggled for 3 weeks to upgrade a contract.

  This Mtn is useless ..Each and every time i go there they seem unable to help.and not just me. close shop so something with more service can take over that store really you suck.

  THIS STORE DONT WANT TO HELP YOU THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY WILL PHONE YOU BUT DONT.
  
  I ARE WAITING FROM NOV 2015 TO MAKE MY PHONE PRE-PAID BUT STILL IT IS NOT DONE AFTER I HAVE SPOKE TO THEM AND HANDED IN FORMS. ALL THAT THEY SAY IS SORRY NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT I MUST JUST WAIT
