  Pine Timber staff were helpful when we were there. Afterwards it was an unpleasant experience. Cashier promised to deliver at the certain day and time. We would be waiting and calling and being lied to every time. When the wood was finally delivered some pieces were cut wrong. The last drop was when the delivery people wanted to leave the wood for my 78 old father to carry to the 3rd floor. We tried several times to give this biz a chance but we're going to look elsewhere now.

  Waiting over a month already for a small order. Everytime I phone to enquire, I get lied to. They take my number to phone me back 'in 5 minutes' and I don't hear from them. I will NEVER deal with them again.

  Waited more than 2 months for the order already. I'm still calling them like 5 times per day and they still say my order is not ready as "they are out of stock". Mind you I have paid the invoice in full and they didn't tell me that they are out of stock before I made payment. Bad bad service. you can even see it on how they spell "Springfeild" on their address. I'd never recommend them to anyone or ever use them again!!

  Waited for almost a month for an order. Eventually after several phone calls and several trips to the store 75% of my order was released however I had to pay 100% of the quoted price. Also when i reached home I realised that the job was incomplete and had to return to the store on a separate day to sort this out. Staff in the cutting area promise to call you but they never do. Make sure you contact the person that takes your order at the front desk if you need assistance for anything.
