Regrettably staff say don't have what you are looking for when online enquiry says item is available. This entails making more trips there than really necessary. Would save so much time if staff were more knowledgeable

I've always found sales staff and car park staff friendly and helpful. They stock a good variety of products and I love browsing through the nursery section.

Nice place to shop. Air conditioned. Wide isles. Big variety of good quality products . Helpful staff on the floor. Plenty of parking space. And don't forget to tip the car guards. I always think a reasonable car guards tip is the cost of a loaf of bread. R 10.00

Excellent selection of items to purchase. Helpful staff. Best to be early open at 7 am. Yesterday 2nd Jan queues of over 20 to pay at tills at about 11 am. Today no queues yet but still quite busy and not yet 9 am.

Disgusting service. All workers are too busy playing buddy, buddy instead of attending to customers like there are paid to do. Don't even waste your time with management. They have no knowledge on there products. They have a very disrespectful attitude to questioning customers.

Shocking and pointless exercise. I called to get a price on supawood and was cut off twice. On the 3rd call I was put through to the wrong department and tried to speak to a guy that can't speak english very well, and he was totally disinterested in talking to me. I was then put back to reception and was told they weren't picking up. I finally spoke to the store manager only to be told they don't stock the thickness I was looking for. Good luck if you try calling their timber department.
