ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL!! do not ever expect customer service from this establishment. I took my PC in for a simple fix and i have now had no email capability for 3 days - their response "the technicians are booked and I am not sure that they will be available when you come into the shop" The sales manager is running his secondary business, the owner is nowhere to be seen and the "technician" who completed the work wont even speak to me??

Tried to get a price on a 8Tb HD , the staff is completely uninterested in helping and even dropped the phone. Mike , clearly it is not your business so you don't care right?

I've always found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble and even the smallest request gets priority treatment. If they don't have it in stock they get back to you next business day with a quote and answers to queries.

I have been using Phantom Computers for our company's hardware requirements for about a year now, and have found them to be extremely efficient, pleasant and always willing to help with any problem we may have with our company laptops.

Queries are followed up promptly, and where normally I would have to wait weeks for a part, they seem to be able to make these things happen in days!

Well done on running a very professional outfit.

The Phantom team are always available to assist me with any queries and support. We have our own business and its great to have IT support so readily available. All our queries are resolved quickly. We recommend Phantom to all our friends, especially the ones who own businesses where IT departments aren't required but IT support is needed to be outsourced.
