Excellent place to get all computer and connectivity stuff. Experienced sales staff. Wide range of computer accessories available. Waited about 20 to 30 mins for them to quote and build me a PC according to my specs. The sales staff are very helpful and technically savvy. I needed a HDMI to VGA converter. the sales person picked up that I had chosen the wrong product and assisted with getting the right item from the store. So far, this is the most reasonably priced store that I could find in JHB for computer stuff.

After my bad experience at Matrix Southgate, i went to the Alberton branch. I was totally impressed with the vast difference in professionalism. I want to pay particular thank you to 2 esteem gentleman Schalk and Shane who restored my believe in good service delivery. Both gentleman helped me sort out and advised me on best practice in terms of upgrading and product choice. My PC is working extremely well, once again thank you Schalk and Shane.Matrix Alberton now have a customer for life!!

Arguably the most affordable computer (sales and repair) store in Johannesburg. Excellent customer service. I was looking to buy a HP122 printer cartridge. The HP122 cartridge was R100 cheaper at Matrix than at Incredible Connection.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The store looks absolutely awesome. We will be back and the losers moaning about the staff, go and moan by your Mum. Nothing wrong with the staffs service or attitude. Pricing is good, much better than Incredible connection. Great to have such a store in Alberton. Well done guys!

Their prices are expensive, their sales staff incompetent and store layout is poor.
Only good thing going here is the variety of shelf items, but even then many items are out of stock.

The head office has been revamped. A more logical layout now allows you to find what your looking for more easily. They also have new stock that looks decent.
