Chantel was too eager to sell accessories with my iPad Pro. Then lady who works for me wanted a MacBook Pro, so we said ok. Then Chantel in the middle of my transaction wanted to run straight to her for the sale and pushed for accessories. So you lost a sale there. Got the MacBook at cresta today. Plus I noticed only now I was over charged for my iPad. I’m on my way

They are very helpful, everyone is ready to assist and they don't seem to show any discrimination. Thank you.

Do not upgrade at istore of even think of buying a phone from them, I got a faulty phone and I am a week now without a phone, they don’t even bother to help. Will not ever recommend them. Rather go to vodacom or mtn self, service there is much better!!

I am so disappointed in iStore Clearwater. We bought an Apple Watch Screen protecter for R399. We asked the “professional” shop assistant to help us apply the screen protector to the watch. He did so, but 3 days later the screen protector fell off. We went back to IStore Clearwater, to ask them to re-apply it or give us a new one, but they just pulled up their shoulders and said sorry they can’t help us.

In the 1st place that is why we asked the shop assistant to help apply the screen protector, because if I did it myself and it fell off, by all means, but the assistant is suppose to apply this correctly.
Secondly - it fell off 3 days after we bought it, the least they could do was to give us another screen protector. How can you pay R399 for something to last 3 days.
Thirdly - There was no effort from the staff to help us or accommodate us. Wonder what they would do if the wheel was turned. I don’t have R399 every third day to buy screen protectors!

Took out 3 x Iphone 7 plus on contract. In addition purchased 3 x covers and 3 x screen protectors. Staff offered to put the screen protectors on but leave a huge hair under 1 resulting in bubble under protector. Manager (Darrel) refused to replace or refit protector. Seems customer service stops after you have swiped your card. Pathetic. No more future business from me or my company.

I returned an accessory product that I had bought from your store. It was so stupidly designed – I don’t know why you even sell it in the first place.

You wanted to charge me a 10% handling fee because I had opened the box at home to look at the product.  We fought about it and I won.

Then the sales person took the box from me and put it directly back on the shelf.  So … the 10% was for the massive- climb-up-Mt-Kilimanjaro-return-trip from the sales counter to the shelf?

And why was it so important to make me wait whilst you caught up with customers along the way … could you not do that after the transaction was completed, or when the store had fewer customers maybe?

Catch a wake-up Clearwater iStore … You've arrogantly lost focus and this is going to be a problem for you in a shrinking technology world.

Awful service, I doubt if I will ever go back there even though it's near to where I stay. The staff is very unfriendly, not helpful and inconsistentI'm not even sure why they're still open. Other branches offer much better service

Awful - I would have given -10 if it were possible.
Once you have purchased your device from the iStore you can forget getting help. Their call centre has to be the worst in the country. This is South Africa so saying that is quite an indictment. When you ask to speak to someone who can help they tell you they don't have phones. Seriously. That was what I got. The inventor of the iPhone and they don't have phones. The product might be good but the service sucks. I must assume this is only in this country or the business would have gone under by now - deservedly. If I were Apple I would withdraw their franchise and give it to someone who understands service.

Hi, I was at your istore Clearwater Mall in less than an hour ago, my purpose was to apply for a cellphone contract, I was not soo friendly assisted by a young couloured lady by the name of Chesney if not mistaken. I would first like to say the lady has a very serious face for someone that is in customer service. My intention was to apply for an iPhone 6splus, but was surprised by the different packages she gave me, I went back to work because I thought the packages were ridiculous for an iPhone 6sPlus, only to log on to the website and discover that she was giving me packages of the iPhone 7s and 7sPlus when she said the cheapest package was R600 n something on iPhone6s and that the 6sPlus on its cheapest package would be R725 if not mistaken. Firstly she needs to learn how to smile when assisting customers so they feel welcomed and be clued up about her product offering before coming to the front desk to assist customers. I am really not happy, I would definately give the store a 0 rating for her service.
