If you want to have a fantastic meal (with cloth serviettes) this is the place to visit. The two owners know what they are doing and the staff provide excellent service. The food is fantastic.

Consistently good food. This restaurant is a must if visiting Napier for the first time.

Pascal's is absolutely fantastic. We're locals to the area and surprised that it took us this long to find this gem. Cheesecake and cappuccino are very very good and the service is excellent.

We made use of the Pascal's accommodation. We stayed over in the Van Gogh room. Enjoyed it very much. Really beautiful decor. Beautiful furnature.

Good food, friendly service. I like the snails. Tried them 6 years ago when I was traveling to South Africa, and they are still there, and still great.

Very friendly staff with nice food in Napier. The service are very good at this cosy restaurant run by the owners. This place are highly recommended to visit when you want to eat out or stop in Napier. The restaurant cat are beautiful. Go there for your year end function.
