poor service, slow service

Terrible service at the front desk. I waited more than 2 hours for an order to be put through, only to learn that the order was captured incorrectly. The staff have little respect for waiting customers and will rather gossip and muck around. There is also very poor communication in the organisation and time is simply lost trying to reach other members of staff on forever ringing telephones. I will never buy another Parrot product again.

Every time I have called Parrot with a query I have been assist with speed and efficiency and given the correct information. What a pleasure to deal with a company that is service driven!!
