I love this gun shop I did my licence there and they very helpful so now I'm planning to do my sports licence there followed by my hunting licence.thanks florah guns for everything

Discrimination. I went to Flora Guns thinking I would have a good time shooting because of all the good reviews. However, since the first step I took in the store, the gentlemen running the place progressively did things I really did not appreciate. These tactics were discriminatory. It was almost as if they did not want our business. One of the range safety officers that was responsible for chaperonning us, was on his phone for quite awhile and I had to go fetch him in order for us to even begin. I've been to plenty of commerical, public & military owned ranges spanning from the United States to South Africa. I am also a United States Marine, so I am very familiar on how commercial and ranges in general work. So watching how these employees conducted business with me and my company I say was very unprofessional and very unsatisfactory work. When confronted, one of the employees began to curse at me and was starting to become angry. Mind you, the man cursing at me and becoming angry was equipped with a loaded sidearm on his hip, again very unprofessional & at this point I felt unsafe. I will never return and I will be sure to warn & turn away coworkers and people I influence so that they may never witness the level of discrimination and unprofessionalism I've experienced in this establishment. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Very unsatisfactory, unfriendly personnel. I was there to purchase a holster and use range, but I was so put off by the service, I decided to take my business elsewhere . When asking questions about equipment, fees etc. I would hear nothing but absolutele silence by personnel sitting down, busy with their own thing in an empty shop. Occasionally repeating questions to hear mumbling sarcasm.

My brother and I go shooting there almost every month and we always get treated like we are part of the family. Instructors are very quick to help if you need it and make you feel at home

Staff are friendly and helpful but not a good display of products on offer - most weapons in a safe. There is an indoor shooting range that I use quite often.

Thabani was awsome and friendly in assisting with the exercises and tests for competency. Range was nice. But was not too happy about shooting with a .22 caliber handgun which they say is the norm.
