Always provides service with a smile wife variety of basic foods available sometimes provides poor service when they are packed to capacity.

Had a wonderful lunch with an associate, it wasn't packed as per usual & loved that as our food arrived quick + the service was excellent.

This is a nicely located Mugg & Bean in Sandton City. The waiter was pleasant but he wasn't very grateful with the tip I gave him. My guess is that he receives larger tips from other customers as it is a very affluent region. This could influence me to visit another similar restaurant or coffee shop instead.

OK service, but food is average, and coffee is bad but that goes for all M&B restaurants. Service at this branch is normally good.

Most certainly one of the best Much & Beans i have visited of recent. Super Super service, cloaked with friendly efficient waiting staff, and good, tasty food to boot! Definitely worth the stop, if you feel lile a bite to eat.
