  I phoned the store to ask what time they are closing and I was told at 19h00, I rush to the store and get there just after 18h00 only to find the doors shut. What a waste of my time and money as I would never have rushed to the store.

  I have to say I have never had a bad experience at Clicks Long Beach Mall. .. your team is just so friendly and helpful.your delivery guy was just herealways a smile and a positive attitudethe same as the all I've dealt with over the years.. good on all of you and please 🙏 keep it up 😁⚘

  I would just like to sincerely thank Naeema at Clicks Longbeach Mall! I’ve been looking for hand sanitizer everywhere to buy just so I at least have one bottle to use around my baby boy incase we were to get sick. The ladies told me that new stock would be packed out on Tuesday, and upon arrival it wasn’t in yet, but Naeema completely understood my plea, and kept hand sanitizer aside for me which I could then go collect once they received stock. I’m so incredibly thankful for your act of kindness Naeema! Xx

  Sold me a Clicks brand “sensitive”electric toothbrush and you have not stocked the new brush heads for about three months, so that I have had a buy a new toothbrush - this time from Dischem!

  This is not about the pharmacy, but the cosmetic counter. Today I saw a special deal on a perfume gift pack, I asked one of the ladies if there was a tester, she said it wasn't her 'job' and called out the name of someone in that department. The lady in question was crouched on the floor unpacking something and did not respond. After a while I walked over to her and by this time she was talking to the security guard about her phone and they were both looking at something on the screen. I waited for a few moments for her attention but she didn't even make eye contact. Realising that she was not going to help me I left. I will go to the Claremont store tomorrow and hope I get better service there, I was very disappointed at the way I was treated.

  Apparently does not open at 8.30am on Friday. Waiting outside at 8.40am waiting to get medication for an extremely sick child.
