Extremely helpful no matter what time of night it is. I was hesitant to take my cat to a different vet but at 9pm my usual day vet was closed. I had no reason to be hesitant as they very knowledgeable and extremely professional, they even sent their report to my day vet so they could be updated. I will definitely use them again if need be.

Had to put my baby girl (dwarf hamster) to sleep and the vet that helped me was extremely understanding and provided ample information for me to make an informed decision

Such friendly staff, and the vet on duty was so approachable and easy to talk to, was very gentle with our dog. Even their surcharge for Sunday is reasonable. Very impressed with them. Will definitely go back there.

Always get excellent service here. Vets show empathy towards pets and their owners. I also find their pricing a lot more reasonable than other vets I have been to. My dogs never look anxious when taking them to the vet and to me that says a lot about how comfortable they feel with the staff there.

You don't get acknowledged by the people behind reception. Very unfriendly. Long waits. Recommended using sunset beach vet.

Went their for an emergency an early sunday morning and had great service. Bunny diagnosed with floppy bunny syndrome which Dr Bernice treated. She was in hospital for a couple of days and got feedback twice a day from the Vet if not more. The facilities are great and could visist anytime 24hours a day. Glad to say my bunny survived this scary experience all thanks to Dr Bernice van Huyssteen and her team. Very impressive for a animal clinic

Fantastic and well qualified animal behaviourist, Linda van der Poel, gives puppy classes on site. The shop has a good selection of products and a lovely quiet, separate cat clinic. Even though they are pricey, they are conveniently open 24/7.

Absolutely blown away by this amazing, friendly and professional service.
My Stretcher Boy had 5-star treatment and everyone looked after him with love and care. He had the best food and the most comfortable and clean beds. Although he is not with us anymore and sadness fills our heart, I know that every person at Panorama did more than they had to, to try and help my boy.
