This Makro store I find amazing the service has always been excellent the mix of goods is astounding it really suits my needs. In general their prices are very competitive all in all was a pleasure shopping there.

Not very helpful at all. I wanted to buy an iron combo, which one of the combo items was out of stock. I spoke to about 3 employees, I wanted to know if I can have a rain check on the items but they weren't sure. I'm not sure if they have a clue about what's happening in their store. They were super unprofessional. a suggestion would be to let employees rotate in different departments so they'll know how to help a customer as well. Words I heard a lot today was 'i don't know' and 'I'm not sure'.

It's Makro, it's not supposed to be fancy but I can't stand the non customer focused floor merchandising staff and the chaos of to-be-packed stock.

Perhaps I don't know how to value a low priced bulk outlet appropriately.

The office staff are polite, super helpful and problem solvers. As is the help desk. They are a great team.

I appreciate the loads of parking.

great and huge place to shop for self and for home and businesses service good.. one of the great thing there is Muslim prayer place what really pleased me and lot other Muslim customer. price really good and you can get extra discount if u buy huge amount of stock. but all the staff and management are good and helpful.. but one of bad things is that place been robed many times so its really concern the customers.. otherwise its great place..

Massive store with good design especially compared to other wholesalers. The customer service always seems a little annoyed if you ask for help but I wouldn't say they are rude. Also, oftentimes you have to search for help.

My first time making a purchase. I had to leave the long line to get a card I didn't want. Get attitude when applying for card. Get even worse attitude by the cashier, the look of I don't want to be here. I will never visit them again. Waste of time and petrol. The things I wanted was out of stock which was understandable but the staff just pushed me over the edge with their attitude.

Friendly helpful staff. Store opened 15 mins late while there was a long q outside. No stock of what was advertised. There return policy is not the best. They do not give you a swap out device if the device price increased. U have to pay the difference unless u complain and make a big thing

Month end Saturday - The place is a madhouse which I found strange as their prices really aren't that good. Some staff were apparently on strike but those that were in attendance were friendly and helpful. The queues at the tills moved swiftly.

I am very impressed with the service - arriving at paint department just before the shop closed I was met with some very helpful gentlemen. I said I could return the next day because I know they need to get home and was pleasantly surprised that they insisted and they were very patient whilst I decided on colours. Needless to say I will return for future paint purchases. Well done!!! And keep up tje good work.

I can't complain. Bought so many appliances here at very good prices. However when it comes to TVs, there are slightly better deals elsewhere even though I purchased mine here at the best price (at that time). Good service here also. Employees are very helpful. Sometimes you need to get their attention but they know how to treat the customer.
