Very very sad state of affairs. The dairy has been nearly burnt to the ground. They are trying their best to keep the dairy going as a concern. We the people of KZN have to support them or they will go belly up.

I had a terrible service from Orange Grove. I had contacted Orange Grove with an issue that I had, had with 5 sachets of milk that I purchased. They promised to call me the day that I first called them. I got no response and waited for the following Monday when I called them again. This time, someone did call me but nothing happened from there. I then called again a week later and was promised a call in 10 minutes. This did not happen and I called an hour later to find out what happened. Again I was promised a response within 3 days. Lets see what happens this time.
