I have nothing but good things to say about this academy and all the staff. They have been out standing in every way and I would not hesitate to come do more courses here. I would highly recommend this sailing school to anyone that i come across that is interested in joining the yachting industry.

Very great training academy, great enviroment for training all aspects of the yachting world. Top quality instructors who are very knowledgeable and fully qualified to teach all aspects of sailing and power boating. Be it super yacht training or sail training for sailing the open seas. Ocean Star is a friendly and fun environment to learn boats.

An absolute amazing academy with great people who are always willing to help you out with any enquiry.

After spending 3 months with the academy I have had the opportunity to pursue my fully accredited RYA Yachtmaster Coastal qualification from scratch with amazing instructors to help me along the way. The instructors came from different parts of the world to instruct which gave me a great opportunity to learn different techniques and skills. The boats were great to sail offering the right kind of opportunity to learn from the bottom up.

This really is an academy where I would recommend all individuals to start their training or even continue their qualifications. But once again, much appreciation to the Ocean Star Sailing Academy in Cape Town.
