  Try using a calendar when promising a delivery date. When there is a problem sort it out, or look at my complaint on Hello Peter.

  African Furniture Removals assisted us with our relocation from Cape Town to Hartbeespoort. Not only were their rates more than competitive, but the service was outstanding. Best of all, was their communication. I received a phone call the day before collection, to advise what time they would be arriving to load and they arrived within 15 minutes of the time they advised. They were extremely quick and efficient in loading. We were given a timeline in which our furniture would arrive at our new home and that timeline was met. I did not even have to follow up. The morning that delivery took place, I received a phone call to advise that our furniture was en route and they arrived within an hour and a half of the phone call. Once again offloading quickly and efficiently.

  I did not want to leave a comment at first seeing I am an employee at African Furniture Removals and might have a biased opinion.
  
  After a year of working for this company I can say that the teams behind the screen are excellent at what they do and is under the guidance of an exceptional Director. (Hein Aggenbag)
  
  The consultants at AFR are trained to:
  - Calculate volumes to avoid additional costs to the client
  - Ensure clients are up to date
  - Provide information to clients to ease the moving process
  - Gather specific information from clients to ensure the most affordable quotation is provided every time
  
  This is a great company if you are looking to get involved in the transporting industry and to learn new skills.
  
  Absolutely love working for AFR and if I ever have to move, knowing how experienced the team at AFR is I would DEFINITELY move with AFR.

  I HIGHLY recommend making use of African Furniture Removals! Extreme proffesionalism from start to finish. Moving is not an easy thing to do, especially over long distances, but they made it see effortless. Communication wa super clear, the pick up and drop-off process ran so smoothly. I would definitely recommend working with Celia, she was on the ball from the first second I made contact with them. I got my quote super fast and she has not disappointed in any way! Well done guys, keep it up :)

  Working in the service industry myself I was very impressed with the service I received from Celia. The best customer service from start to finish.
  Celia was very patient with all my questions and gave me feedback on time with all the info i requested.
  I will highly recommend them to anyone.
