No feedback on pro bono applications which effect the prescription period for a claim. Their mandate should be clear to avoid misconduct.

They are normally really nice. Reception was very unfriendly on the 29th floor. I suppose she's not in the mood for working and dealing with silly lawyers like us lol. Just make sure you are on the ball with what they need from you or they will be rude. Well depending on who is at reception. Some people who work there do give 5 star service. So this rating is purely my experience for today. If you hat asked me a week ago it would have been 5 stars
