Had the most disappointing experience at this pub. After hearing great review from my friend about her experience I decided to take my friends along for food and drinks. Order a Mojito (cocktails advertised outside) then I'm told then don't have so order something else. Then we sit at the table no1 even came to take our order or even ask if we need anything. Finally we go the bar to order our food(as advertised on menu) we were then told that the don't have the 600g ribs. So we asked them to give us options as they guys won't get full on a 400g rib. To my horror the guy made us feel like we are the ones at fault for asking for the ribs. He didn't give any options to remedy the situation or to win us over as customers. I asked to speak to manger and I was told he is the only person on shift and cannot fix the problem as money will come out of his wages. Regis was horrible at handling us as customers. He was more interested in entertaining his gf in the corner with food and drinks than seeing to paying customers. Another young lady approached the table to check on us and we explained out frustration to my horror once again she was just as bad at handling the situation. We were told the place is closing down and then only have the left over stock and order less and people need to get paid and they selling off what they have. She even told us to go to Spur. This is no way to handle paying customers. My friends and I will never go here again and will inform others friends not go either (word of mouth advertising is a powerful tool and your staff should learn this)

One of the best places in town to have a Psy event and epic crowds that support the scene :)

Went here for the burger special advertised on Groupon. The burgers were really good, however the service was rather terrible. Slow, even though it wasn't busy, and overall quite disorganized.

Loved the vibe on St Patrick's day 2016! Services where slow, but understood due to the volume of patrons. I personally loved the band, but did not catch their name. Anyone who could assist?
