Always helpful and friendly and great to have on my doorstep but often low on stock requiring another visit.

It was disappointing to be reprimanded by the owner that I had not sanitised my hands upon entering the shop, but the hand sanitiser was not really very visible. I would imagine if you are a regular customer at this particular shop you would know that the hand sanitiser is placed halfway inside the shop, on a shelf, in an inconspicuous bottle. However as an infrequent customer I was not aware of this, I had even looked for the hand-sanitiser outsdie the shop. I wish I had not made my purhcase at this shop, I was made to feel disrespected and felt I had been treated like a naughty child.

This is such a wonderful health shop - I purchase all my toiletries, cleaning products and supplements from Sanjay. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and always brings new products into his shop that tick all the health/earth friendly boxes.
