  Initually I sat outside because all the tables were full. Eventually I went inside and sat down, the waitress noticed my number and brought the food. Evidently it had been sitting for a while and nobody made any effort to see if I was outside.My chicken burger was very soggy. The service and quality control is average for Newcastle (which is very poor compared to Johannesburg)

  Didnt deliver food as requested. Got the most soggiest cheese n pine burger which was soggy right thru the box. Requested lemon n herb on burger but that was surely not the taste. They surely have no clue how to stack a burger. Was not happy at all.
