Beware, limited WiFi of 30mg. Unfortunately sometimes no WiFi at all, when I found out on arrival just after payment, I asked for a refund and guess what, they don't do refunds and couldn't even give me 30mg

WOW- rooms are spotless and so cosy. Dinner as well as breakfast- DELICIOUS!! Absolutely loved my stay- thank you to all the friendly staff for making my stay an absolute pleasure!

Very private rooms with no noise except for the birds. The rooms are spacious and convenient. Very comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast is continental and per request to your dietary requests.

Best guesthouse in NewcastleBY FAR! Beautiful, tranquil gardens, and amazing organic fruit and vegetables growing on the property, which are used to prepare delicious, wholesome meals by the fabulous new chef in the on-site restaurant.

Felt so at home that it felt stranger returning to our own house.
The breakfast was lovely and a feast.
