Like all dealers, parts are expensive, services even more so, and new car prices just ridiculous. I started servicing my vehicle myself after VW George could not be bothered to properly replace my air filter after an expensive service. A few years later, my car is running great and I saved Thousand on Thousands of rands. Went to VW potch to buy genuine VW glow plugs (made by NGK). Ended up buying 4 NGK glow plugs at a local parts shop for almost the same price they wanted for one! I avoid dealers wherever possible. These guys included. Everyone needs to make a living, but there is no need to be this expensive. Edit: The staff working at VW Potch is excellent though. Always friendly and willing to help. If the review depended just on their performance it would of been 5 stars!
