  Very helpful service from the sales agents. Even if the agent who originally assisted you with the sale is not available one of the other agents also helped me very fast. I will definitely keep Rustenburg Toyota in mind next time I want to buy a new vehicle. Thank you very much guys it was a pleasant experience doing business with you.

  The waiting lounge is not the most comfortable place on earth. I suggest bringing along some entertainment of your own for the wait for a ride after dropping off your car for service. There's a small cafe there too so bring some change. Otherwise it serves it's purpose. Car browsing. Car services ect. Bonus, the staff is amazing! They're all so nice and make the experience all the better.

  I did not have a great experience here as I was completely ignored by car sales peopleI wanted to buy a Toyota Double Cab. I will now but it either in Cape Town or the Eastern Cape. I have never seen such poor service

  The place is wow and they have just introduced free wifi to its customers. I also appreciate the fact that after service and fix they Wil make a follow up to see if the car is working fine.

  I am not from Rustenburg but you will never get empty promises in Gauteng. Like for example i ask if they could borrow me a vehicle when my bakkie is being serviced they said yes no problem. Now they can't will never buy or service here again😡

  After two consecutive routine services on my car the front wheel nuts were left loose making me to afraid to take my car for a service. All I can say is be careful and make them double check important things.
