ML350 Bluetech went in for service and came out with oil leak .Took back and only 4 days later oil leak was fixed only to discover not all underbody ( Splash Plates) pannels was fastened. Some bolts missing and other ones stripped.

Very disappointed Book 'n service, arrive at 7.45. That afternoon at 15.30 my car was not serviced. I left at 15.30 with a car that was not serviced and I lost a hole day sitting waiting. Not fair at all. Explanation by management cars serviced till 5 o clock. What will be done from 15.30 till 5. A Service and wash?
