  Once in a lifetime experience - you get the best view of Cape Town City. Ever. Staff are friendly and professional.

  Of course, the miracle of flight is an amazing thing, and flying above this beautiful city was gorgeous. But pretty much everything else about our experience with NAC Helicopters was disappointing. The waiting room was a madhouse when we arrived, and it wasn't at all obvious how to check in. We waited a bit at one counter. When a staff member got free at the other counter, we went over, only to discover that we actually needed to be at the first counter. When we eventually got to the front of that line, they asked us to sit down and they'd come check us in in a few minutes. Which never happened. We went back to the line and finally got checked in. In general, what to do and where to be was unclear.
  
  Our flight started more than 20 after it's scheduled departure time. Then, they gave us the wrong flight. (We'd booked a Three Bays Tour but got a Hopper Tour. It's possible that this was the mistake of the travel desk at the hotel but NAC didn't have procedures in place to confirm the flight with us directly, even as we were in their waiting room for over an hour.)
  
  Again, being in a helicopter is delightful and lovely, but the rest of the experience was highly disappointing.

  Fantastic experience in the sky!
  
  We were warmly welcome at NAC. The staff is very polite and kind. We had a safety and security video before the flight. We did the 15 minutes tour and were able to see the beauty of the coast with its blue ocean. A glass of champagne to finalise the experience was perfect.
