Visting from US. Pisces Divers is awesome. I'm an experienced tech diver that likes to do recreational dives as well. Great experience, great gear, great guides. I just wish the dives were a little longer than 25 min. I rented all of the gear, including a computer. They had top quality gear.
Well organized. The only problem I had was that my mask fogged despite using good defogger. This happens when a new mask isn't cleaned quite well enough. However, I still give these guys 5 stars as I figure I should have brought some toothpaste for this. This is honestly my first time renting gear rather than bringing my own.
I was staying in Cape Town, commissioned a reputable taxi company to take me down to Simon's town. ~5-600 rand round trip. Also visited African Art and Gemstones on the way back to Cape Town. The stones, jewelry and stone carvings are exquisite and very good prices. I couldn't find a dive shop in Cape Town that would take me diving. I ended up with Pisces and loved it! I went on a pelagic dive with Pisces and it was great.
- the rental gear was brand new
- the boat and captain great
- the dive guides really took care, were very engaged and in good mood
- and some blue sharks showed up as well.
