This was our first time visiting Cape Town, and we had limited time. We booked the Seal Island Tour, which was very beautiful. The captain was very informative and made sure we got pretty close the seals for viewing. I gave it 3 stars because, on the way back to the harbor, the captain was speeding against the waves, causing the experience to be very painful. If you're someone with back or neck issues, this may not be for you. Maybe he thought he'd make it more adventurous, but at times it felt a bit unsafe, and we were left with back, neck, and headaches.
