Mrs Simpson distinguishes itself not only by its eccentric decor and ambiance but especially by the absolutely excellentky prepared food and friendly, approachable service. Really, we've eaten allover in the lowveld a nd definitely everywhere in Dullstroom - this is a cut above and nobody were cheaper, nor more economic. All time must have. Thank you!

Excellent food! A bit pricy, but absolutely worth it. Had the curry, was amazing! Would recommend. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic getaway.

When I visit Mrs Simpsons it feels like visiting family. You chat with everyone. If you are lucky Wallis the cat comes past to say hi. If you do not make a reservation, you might miss out. On both my last vesits they were fully booked.

The food here is absolutely delicious! No wonder bookings start months in advance for holiday period. By far, the best place to have a meal in Dullstroom. This place does not have a fixed menu, but they usually have all varieties, vegetarian options and kids menu as well. They have a great desserts menu as well, although i did not have a very good experience with the apple and crumble option. A must visit for your next visit. And make sure you make a reservation.
