Terrible service. Waited more than an hour for our food. Was told we will be arrested if we don't pay for the food we haven't received but we were willing to settle the drinks bill. Rude, rude and aweful service. Don't waste your time. Plus they are hell of an expensive

We waited 45 minutes for service outside. Fortunately we could enjoy the view of the river, impala and waterbuck. My husband went inside to order our drinks from the bar and was reprimanded very rudely by the owner, André, for ordering himself. We decided not to have dinner. The waitress could not comprehend that we wanted to pay our bill later and brought another round of drinks, which we sent back twice. Then I went to the bar to pay. I was charged a 10% service fee for two drinks. I refused to pay the service fee for service we did not receive. So I paid our drinks only and we left, astounded by the poor service at such a perfectly located establishment. I only hope tourists will have a much better experience!

The views from the deck were truly amazing. We managed to see quite a number of animals.

The staff are also very friendly.

I really think that only the view is worth it. We came to have a coffee, which eventually was a powder in hot water, for 30 rand each! When addresses the staff lied to us to tell that it was fresh coffee while the tins with powder was standing behind the bar. Staff was very unfriendly too. Lastly, as we were with 3 adults and 3 small children (youngest was 2) we were asked to pay a 10 service fee as we are a group of 6. Somewhere in the text of their menu this is mentioned but is ofcourse fully ridiculous. If you group is over 8 you pay 15 percent service fee. For me, they have a nice view but let people pay badly for it. Avoid it. Instead go to Ngwenya Lodge, better food (especially the pizzas, better view and best of all, awesome and very friendly staff!

This restaurant has a great view over the Crocodile River next to the Kruger National Park. Enjoy the great sunsets with a nice South African wine and do a sundowner. We’ve enjoyed the friendly staff and food. We’ve shared a kingklip fish and salad and tasted nice! Cheers!

Had my dad's surprise birthday lunch here!! What an awesome spot!!The staff were amazing. The food was outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate all our needs!! Can highly recommend this venue!! Will be back.

Absolutely appallingly service and sh#%t attitude by the owner. Once our order was placed for our lunch we were told no sorry the kitchen is closed as we have a buffet going on. No sincere apologies by the owner, would not recommend to anyone!

So my friends from the UK went over there today for a few drink and to watch the cricket. THESE people has the audacity to charge them ON TOP of their bill an addition 15%. Where on earth does a restaurant or PUB have the right to do something like this, IT is not even law at any other pub/Restaurant in SOUTH AFRICA? Is it because they were from the UK and you could hear they are tourists so now you push your luck. I will name and shame this place all over Social Media. Disgusting how you treat tourists that actually boosts your business. Matthew van der Heever, his mom and Lilly was there today.. How dare you treat people like this.

Breathtaking views. As for the restaurant it's very dark and dodgy inside. Waitress was friendly. Icecream very expensive. Don't think I'll come here to eat a meal place looks dirty. What a shame cause it has loads of potential.

Lovely scenery but the owners and staff really don't seem to know how to run a restaurant effectively. If our beers hadn't been opened, waiting on the counter when I went in search of them, we would have walked out. Completely over-sold, under-delivered offering

Horrid experience. Waited forever for out food. Which might I add, was over priced by miles. The one by one the food was delivered 20min intervals. Received my food just to find a patty missing on my beef burger. WTF??? Bun and a egg No patty. No apologies! After waiting an hour for the burger, had to again wait another half an hour for an excuse of a patty The tiniest thing I have ever seen. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
