When the weather is just right, not too warm and not raining, this place is fantastic to visit. You spend a lot of time standing outside getting information about the animals. This is a place that helps animals that's been injured, so even if you don't like animals in cages, this place takes care of animals that otherwise would be dead. The people working there are very passionate about what they do and they give you a great tour. Remember this a private organization and they rely on donations, so give a little for a good course.

Good work they are doing out there. They identify injured animals from small reptiles, big cats, wild dogs honey badgers, vultures and eagles and rehabilitate them. Its so fantastic. And there is an awesome museum set up there to make knowledge on conservation passed from generation to generation. The site is just alive. And you get to tell yourself, "welcome to the wild!"

Amazing experience. Great guides that know their stuff. It's an eye opener and they don't pull any punches with the information sharing around animal poaching. A must see if you are in the area

Visit the Moholoholo Animal Sanctuary when staying at the Moholoholo Forest Camp.
Absolutely great place to stay of at least 2 nights. Personal approach, very kind staff.
If you're looking for a place to relax, taste nature and be informed about it by the staff, this is your place to stay. In an intimate setting.
Do the game drive and visit the Animal Sanctuary.

Excellent! The introduction into what Moholoholo is all about by Oscar outstanding. He is knowledgeable and passionate about conservation and the threats to our wildlife, but interspersed the discussion with subtle humor to keep his audience engaged. The walk through was at a good pace and our guide was both knowledgeable and personal making visitors stay with him. The interaction with some of the animals made for a unique and memorable experience. Highly recommended.
