Prices are grossly exaggerated. Most items can be bought cheaper at other pc stores. I bought a new pc tower case from the store and needed to move all the hardware from the old pc into the new case , the gentleman helping was extremely rude and when i inquired as to the cost of it as it had the cost on the a board, he said a different price R200 more than what was advertised. When i asked about this his reaction was "Oh that board is old this is the new price must we change the hardware or not" For a simple swap that takes 20mins. i am utterly disappointed with the springfield branch, i recommend that anyone who needs pc assistance go accoss the road to Mitabyte as they are extremely helpful and the prices are decent

Worst service i have ever received in my life , I phoned in to ask what time they closed and i was assured that they close at 17:00 , drove all the way from Balito to Springfield park arrived at 16:07 , security doors were closed but one glass door was open , I asked if they were closed and mentioned that they told me that they only close at 17:00 and asked if they could help me , the employee behind the counter replied in the most disrespectful way and refused talking to me or even try help me . I understand that the shop was closed but they told me the shop was only closing an hour later . I will never in my life support this store after i received this kind of service today.

Loads of potential. Staff are good but it seems slightly disorganised on arrival but they seem to have a system that works. Pricing is decent. Although you can get other things online for less. Good as your local computer store.
