The worst service that I have ever received, I will definitely refrain from buying from MHC World again. I bought a dishwasher and have been having issues since the get-go after I've made my online purchase First they sent me the incorrect dishwasher which took what felt like a week to be replaced, I had to follow-up with the company to check in when they will deliver the correct product. When they collected the incorrect product, a consultant gave me a call the day after to check if I have not noticed any damages to the product that was returned because they have noticed a dent - I couldn't but to feel accused. When I finally got the correct one and set it up on the Tuesday, it gave me an error when I started the washing cycle. I called the next day to inform MHC World of the issue and they said that they will arrange for a technician to look at the machine. A week passed and I recieved no feedback, so I called again and followed up on feedback - to find out they still haven't received feedback from the technicians. I followed up this week Monday again and they told me that they have made a booking and that they would get back to me on a call-out date. Thursday came and no feedback yet again, so I followed up again to find out when the technician will be out Today is Friday and no technician has called me, I have requested for a refund because I am tired of asking and participating in this tug of war - we are getting absolutely nowhere! I have taken matters into my own hands to follow-up on the technician, the employer of this technician confirmed that they only received the request yesterday an thus no booking has been made for today as they are fully booked - they said that the technician will only be booked for next week as part of their standard procedure. I have been struggling since yesterday afternoon to arrange for a refund on the product that I bought, it feels to me that MHC World are trying to find excuses not to refund me. Generally, it's a scary experience not knowing if I will actually get my money back

Found details of a stove for sale on their website, called late on Saturday and was assisted by Lucky, who checked the stock for me to make sure it was fine and sent through an invoice. Received delivery of my stove early Monday morning in perfect condition after Lucky had given me details of the drivers on their way with the product. He was really helpful and so nice to get delivery so quickly.

Horrible experience with online shopping, everything was going smooth with my order #11223 and even received a call that my order was ready for collection. Not until I came to the store and was assisted by a clueless person named Doubt, not only did he refuse to give my order he wanted me to pay for the discount coupon which I received online, insinuating that I robbed the system. It took 1 hour to receive only 2 items because you put unskilled people in the frontline to frustrate customers and he didn't even have the audacity to apologize for his mistake and bad attitude.

Most of the items are available if not all.
Customer service is great, employees come assist without say.
Wide range of electronics, furniture, fabrics, clothing, lighting and if that stomach rumbles when you get to the store don't worry, give your order and you'd be ready to eat in no time

Not a nice place for me to shop. It is as if one is constantly being watched. Signs like: "Do not touch, ask for assistance" on a shelf with sandals on it. Strange system of checking out: first you have to go and pay for what you want, then you may go and fetch the item. When buying light fittings, tv sets, sound sytems etc., same system, but then you have to wait for the item to be fetched from the store room, boxes have to be opened and checked by security and only then one may leave the shop. Not a good shopping experience for me at all

Decent shop when shopping for fabrics and sawing utensils. Metro also stocks a wide range of products ranging from clothes to kitchen ware and appliances. The service fluctuates from employee to employee but in general it's not that good. The store is well lit and generally well stocked but systems need to be put in place especially in the fabrics department for availability, this will save a lot of time for customers and employees.

It's okay, hardly find the materials you want, I don't think they restock a lot of different things. You go there looking for something and you don't find it, you can go back there two Months later and guaranteed you still won't find it. Lacks a little bit of variety. It's also quite cluttered. Needs to be neater and more appealing to customers.
