  This dealership will not take responsibility for not contacting me to inform me that Mercedes-Benz was doing away with the MobiloDrive plan. While head office said they gave dealership a list of affected clients to contact to extend plan before too late.
  I am left with no cover!

  extremely disappointed with the time it took for our parts to arrive. Our vehicle has been there for 6 weeks. I have asked numerous times for the dealer principle to contact me and he has not even bothered.

  Absolutely Pathetic service!
  My car broke down in Pietermaritzburg unfortunately had to go to garden city motors and has been there for the past 2 months and still counting they have noto even given a courtesy car , there has been no communication unless I phone only to find out they have been using trial and error therefore stripping my car it is a brand new car and they stripping it! A bunch of incompetent mutts ! I will buy a Bmw the next time!

  1st time using Garden City PMB, Poor service. Sorry but 1st impressions count and unfortunately i dont see the hype of owning a Mercedes- Benz if the after-sales and service is so poor.

  After you purchase a vehicle the customer service is bad. It does not feel like you bought into a premium brand which say "the best or nothing". You get a service level that feel like NOTHING
