Poor service ever from reception to the doctor, I think this Randburg branch should be closed, till they improve their service, I paid R9500 for 6 months treatment, today I waited for 1 hour just for injection, when I ask a black guy from reception, how long should I wait for being injected? The guy said " if you can't wait you can go to dischem and tell to injected you". I said dude did I paid dischem or men's clinic? Another reception coloured guy intervened and went to tell the doctor to injected me.

Very professional n the staff is friendly but I paid with a card for medicine for two people n the doctor said I must pay for myself only n now am focused to take two medicine even when I needed one n the guy made me wait for 39min for medicine after I wanted refund for one medicine not happy I don't think I will come back again so sad
