My first experience was so amazing, I couldn't wait to go back. However, becoming a regular worked against me. Receptionists started becoming rude both over the phone and in person, drinks were no longer offered, nail artists become less precise. I cancelled my appointment for 10am today because the receptionist hung up in my ear when I informed her at 9:30 that I'd be running 15 minutes late. It would have been nice to have been a long term client, my moms and I will find alternative places to spoil ourselves.
